Jūsų pateikta asmeninė informacija. Asmeninė informacija, kurią mes renkame, priklauso nuo jūsų sąveikos su mumis ir Paslaugomis konteksto, jūsų atliekamų pasirinkimų bei jūsų naudojamų produktų ir funkcijų. Mūsų renkama asmeninė informacija gali apimti:

Automatiškai renkama informacija
Mes automatiškai renkame tam tikrą informaciją, kai lankotės, naudojatės ar naršote Paslaugose. Ši informacija neatskleidžia jūsų konkrečios tapatybės (pavyzdžiui, jūsų vardo ar kontaktinės informacijos), bet gali apimti įrenginio ir naudojimo informaciją, tokią kaip jūsų IP adresas, naršyklės ir įrenginio charakteristikos, operacinė sistema, kalbos nuostatos, nukreipiantys URL, įrenginio pavadinimas, šalis, vietovė, informacija apie tai, kaip ir kada naudojatės mūsų Paslaugomis, bei kita techninė informacija. Ši informacija pirmiausia reikalinga siekiant palaikyti mūsų Paslaugų saugumą ir veikimą bei mūsų vidaus analizės ir ataskaitų teikimo tikslams.
Kaip ir daugelis įmonių, mes taip pat renkame informaciją naudodami slapukus ir panašias technologijas.
Mūsų renkama informacija apima:
Žurnalų ir naudojimo duomenys. Žurnalų ir naudojimo duomenys yra su paslauga susijusi, diagnostinė, naudojimo ir našumo informacija, kurią mūsų serveriai automatiškai surenka jums prisijungiant ar naudojantis mūsų Paslaugomis ir kurią mes įrašome žurnalų failuose. Priklausomai nuo to, kaip sąveikaujate su mumis, šie žurnalų duomenys gali apimti jūsų IP adresą, įrenginio informaciją, naršyklės tipą ir nustatymus bei informaciją apie jūsų veiklą Paslaugose (tokią kaip su jūsų naudojimu susijusios datos / laiko žymos, peržiūrėti puslapiai ir failai, paieškos ir kiti jūsų atliekami veiksmai, pvz., kokias funkcijas naudojate), įrenginio įvykių informaciją (tokią kaip sistemos veikla, klaidų ataskaitos (kartais vadinamos „strigčių išklotinėmis“) ir aparatinės įrangos nustatymai).
Įrenginio duomenys. Mes renkame įrenginio duomenis, tokius kaip informacija apie jūsų kompiuterį, telefoną, planšetinį kompiuterį ar kitą įrenginį, kurį naudojate Paslaugoms pasiekti. Priklausomai nuo naudojamo įrenginio, šie įrenginio duomenys gali apimti tokią informaciją kaip jūsų IP adresas (arba tarpinis (proxy) serveris), įrenginio ir programos identifikavimo numeriai, vietovė, naršyklės tipas, aparatinės įrangos modelis, interneto paslaugų teikėjas ir (arba) mobiliojo ryšio operatorius, operacinė sistema ir sistemos konfigūracijos informacija.
Vietos duomenys. Mes renkame vietos duomenis, tokius kaip informacija apie jūsų įrenginio vietą, kuri gali būti tiksli arba netiksli. Kiek informacijos mes renkame, priklauso nuo įrenginio, kurį naudojate Paslaugoms pasiekti, tipo ir nustatymų. Pavyzdžiui, galime naudoti GPS ir kitas technologijas rinkti geolokacijos duomenims, kurie nurodo jūsų dabartinę vietą (remiantis jūsų IP adresu). Galite atsisakyti leisti mums rinkti šią informaciją atsisakydami prieigos prie šios informacijos arba išjungdami Vietos nustatymą savo įrenginyje. Tačiau jei nuspręsite atsisakyti, gali būti, kad negalėsite naudotis tam tikrais Paslaugų aspektais.
Google API
Mūsų naudojimasis informacija, gauta iš „Google API“, atitiks „Google API“ paslaugų vartotojų duomenų politiką, įskaitant Riboto naudojimo reikalavimus.

Teisiniai įsipareigojimai. Mes galime tvarkyti jūsų informaciją tais atvejais, kai manome, kad tai būtina norint laikytis mūsų teisinių įsipareigojimų, pavyzdžiui, bendradarbiauti su teisėsaugos institucijomis ar reguliavimo agentūromis, įgyvendinti ar ginti mūsų teises arba atskleisti jūsų informaciją kaip įrodymą teisminiuose ginčuose, kuriuose dalyvaujame.
Gyvybiniai interesai. Mes galime tvarkyti jūsų informaciją tais atvejais, kai manome, kad tai būtina siekiant apsaugoti jūsų ar trečiosios šalies gyvybinius interesus, pavyzdžiui, situacijose, susijusiose su galimomis grėsmėmis bet kurio asmens saugumui.
Mums gali tekti dalytis jūsų asmenine informacija šiose situacijose:
Verslo perdavimas. Mes galime dalytis arba perduoti jūsų informaciją ryšium su arba derybų metu dėl bet kokio susijungimo, įmonės turto pardavimo, finansavimo ar viso arba dalies mūsų verslo įsigijimo kitai įmonei.
Kai naudojame „Google Maps Platform“ API. Mes galime dalytis jūsų informacija su tam tikrais „Google Maps Platform“ API (pvz., Google Maps API, Places API). „Google Maps“ naudoja GPS, „Wi-Fi“ ir mobiliojo ryšio bokštus jūsų buvimo vietai nustatyti. GPS tikslumas yra apie 20 metrų, o „Wi-Fi“ ir mobiliojo ryšio bokštai padeda pagerinti tikslumą, kai GPS signalai yra silpni, pavyzdžiui, patalpose. Šie duomenys padeda „Google Maps“ pateikti nuorodas.
Mes galime naudoti slapukus ir panašias stebėjimo technologijas (pvz., žiniatinklio švyturėlius (angl. web beacons) ir pikselius), kad rinktume informaciją, kai sąveikaujate su mūsų Paslaugomis. Kai kurios internetinės stebėjimo technologijos padeda mums išlaikyti mūsų Paslaugų ir jūsų paskyros saugumą, užkirsti kelią strigimams, taisyti klaidas, išsaugoti jūsų nuostatas ir padėti atlikti pagrindines svetainės funkcijas.
Mes taip pat leidžiame trečiosioms šalims ir paslaugų teikėjams naudoti internetines stebėjimo technologijas mūsų Paslaugose analizės ir reklamos tikslais, įskaitant siekimą padėti valdyti ir rodyti reklamas, pritaikyti jas jūsų interesams arba siųsti priminimus apie paliktus pirkinių krepšelius (priklausomai nuo jūsų komunikacijos nuostatų). Trečiosios šalys ir paslaugų teikėjai naudoja savo technologijas teikdami reklamą apie jūsų interesams pritaikytus produktus ir paslaugas, kurios gali būti rodomos mūsų Paslaugose arba kitose svetainėse.

Google Analytics
Mes galime dalytis jūsų informacija su „Google Analytics“, kad stebėtume ir analizuotume Paslaugų naudojimą. „Google Analytics“ reklamos funkcijos, kurias galime naudoti, apima: pakartotinę rinkodarą su „Google Analytics“, „Google Display Network“ parodymų ataskaitas ir „Google Analytics“ demografijos ir interesų ataskaitas. Jei norite atsisakyti būti stebimi „Google Analytics“ visose Paslaugose, apsilankykite https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Kaip mūsų Paslaugų dalį mes siūlome produktus, funkcijas ar įrankius, varomus dirbtinio intelekto, mašininio mokymosi ar panašių technologijų (kartu – „DI produktai“). Šie įrankiai sukurti siekiant pagerinti jūsų patirtį ir suteikti jums inovatyvių sprendimų. Šiame Privatumo pranešime išdėstytos sąlygos reglamentuoja jūsų naudojimąsi DI produktais mūsų Paslaugose.
DI technologijų naudojimas
Mes teikiame DI produktus per trečiųjų šalių paslaugų teikėjus („DI paslaugų teikėjai“), įskaitant Anthropic, ElevenLabs, Google Cloud AI, DALL-E ir xAI. Kaip nurodyta šiame Privatumo pranešime, jūsų įvestis, išvestis ir asmeninė informacija bus bendrinama ir apdorojama šių DI paslaugų teikėjų, kad galėtumėte naudotis mūsų DI produktais tikslais, nurodytais skyriuje „KOKIAIS TEISINIAIS PAGRINDAIS REMIAMĖS TVARKYDAMI JŪSŲ ASMENS INFORMACIJĄ?“. Kaip apdorojame jūsų duomenis naudojant DI
Visa asmeninė informacija, tvarkoma naudojant mūsų DI produktus, yra tvarkoma pagal mūsų Privatumo politiką ir susitarimus su trečiosiomis šalimis. Tai užtikrina aukštą saugumo lygį ir apsaugo jūsų asmeninę informaciją viso proceso metu.
Mūsų Paslaugos suteikia jums galimybę registruotis ir prisijungti naudojant trečiosios šalies socialinės žiniasklaidos paskyros duomenis (pavyzdžiui, „Facebook“ ar „X“ prisijungimus). Jei pasirinksite tai daryti, gausime tam tikrą jūsų profilio informaciją iš jūsų socialinės žiniasklaidos teikėjo. Gaunama profilio informacija gali skirtis priklausomai nuo atitinkamo socialinės žiniasklaidos teikėjo, tačiau dažnai tai bus jūsų vardas, el. pašto adresas, draugų sąrašas ir profilio nuotrauka, taip pat kita informacija, kurią nusprendžiate padaryti vieša tokioje socialinės žiniasklaidos platformoje.
Mes naudosime gautą informaciją tik tiems tikslams, kurie yra aprašyti šioje Privatumo politikoje arba kurie yra kitaip jums aiškiai nurodyti atitinkamose Paslaugose. Atkreipkite dėmesį, kad mes nekontroliuojame ir neatsakome už kitokius jūsų asmeninės informacijos naudojimo būdus, kuriuos taiko jūsų trečiosios šalies socialinės žiniasklaidos teikėjas. Rekomenduojame peržiūrėti jų privatumo sąlygas, kad suprastumėte, kaip jie renka, naudoja ir dalijasi jūsų asmenine informacija bei kaip galite nustatyti savo privatumo nuostatas jų svetainėse ir programėlėse.
Mes saugosime jūsų asmeninę informaciją tik tiek laiko, kiek tai būtina šioje Privatumo politikoje nurodytiems tikslams pasiekti, nebent ilgesnis saugojimo laikotarpis yra reikalaujamas arba leidžiamas įstatymų (pavyzdžiui, mokesčių, apskaitos ar kiti teisiniai reikalavimai). Joks šiame pranešime nurodytas tikslas nereikalaus iš mūsų saugoti jūsų asmeninę informaciją ilgiau nei laikotarpį, kurio metu vartotojai turi pas mus paskyrą.
Kai neturėsime nuolatinio teisėto verslo poreikio tvarkyti jūsų asmeninės informacijos, mes ją ištrinsime arba nuasmeninsime. Jei to padaryti neįmanoma (pavyzdžiui, dėl to, kad jūsų asmeninė informacija buvo išsaugota atsarginių kopijų archyvuose), tuomet mes saugiai saugosime jūsų asmeninę informaciją ir atskirsime ją nuo bet kokio tolesnio tvarkymo, kol bus įmanoma ją ištrinti.
Mes įdiegėme technines bei organizacines saugumo priemones, skirtas apsaugoti bet kokios mūsų tvarkomos asmeninės informacijos saugumą. Tačiau, nepaisant mūsų apsaugos priemonių ir pastangų apsaugoti jūsų informaciją, joks elektroninis perdavimas internetu ar informacijos saugojimo technologija negali būti garantuotai 100 % saugūs, todėl negalime pažadėti ar garantuoti, kad įsilaužėliai, kibernetiniai nusikaltėliai ar kitos neteisėtos trečiosios šalys nesugebės įveikti mūsų saugumo ir netinkamai surinkti, pasiekti, pavogti ar pakeisti jūsų informaciją. Nors padarysime viską, kas nuo mūsų priklauso, kad apsaugotume jūsų asmeninę informaciją, asmeninės informacijos perdavimas į ir iš mūsų Paslaugų yra jūsų pačių rizika. Paslaugomis turėtumėte naudotis tik saugioje aplinkoje.
Mes sąmoningai nerenkame, neprašome duomenų iš vaikų iki 18 metų, nevykdome jiems rinkodaros ir sąmoningai neparduodame tokios asmeninės informacijos. Naudodamiesi Paslaugomis patvirtinate, kad jums yra bent 18 metų arba kad esate tokio nepilnamečio tėvas ar globėjas ir sutinkate, kad toks priklausomas nepilnametis naudotųsi Paslaugomis. Jei sužinosime, kad buvo surinkta jaunesnių nei 18 metų vartotojų asmeninė informacija, deaktyvuosime paskyrą ir imsimės pagrįstų priemonių greitai ištrinti tokius duomenis iš savo įrašų.
Kai kuriuose regionuose (pvz., EEE, JK, Šveicarijoje ir Kanadoje) pagal taikomus duomenų apsaugos įstatymus turite tam tikras teises. Tai gali apimti teisę (i) prašyti susipažinti su savo asmenine informacija ir gauti jos kopiją, (ii) prašyti ištaisyti arba ištrinti; (iii) apriboti jūsų asmeninės informacijos tvarkymą; (iv) jei taikoma, teisę į duomenų perkeliamumą; ir (v) nebūti automatizuoto sprendimų priėmimo subjektu. Jei sprendimas, sukeliantis teisines ar panašias reikšmingas pasekmes, priimamas vien automatizuotomis priemonėmis, mes jus informuosime, paaiškinsime pagrindinius veiksnius ir pasiūlysime paprastą būdą paprašyti žmogaus įsikišimo peržiūrint sprendimą. Tam tikromis aplinkybėmis taip pat galite turėti teisę nesutikti, kad jūsų asmeninė informacija būtų tvarkoma. Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected.
